Fred Johnson

Fred Johnson is an Earther and leader of the OPA on Tycho Station. He used to be a high-ranking officer in the UNN, but caused an accidental massacre of Belters on Anderson Station due to a comms glitch. He slowly rebuilt his reputation over time, not unlike Dawes.
